However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days upon receipt of your order. - All returns must be postmarked within 14 days upon receipt of your order.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging.
- Return postage is at the expense of the customer. LingBusiness is not responsible for the cost of insurance and lost or damaged products during transit.
- If you wish to return your order purchased from our website (www.Lingbusiness.com), please email us at Support@Lingbusiness.com with proof of purchase to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Once you receive the RAN, return the order in its original packaging with your order information and RAN number.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days from the receipt of your returned items to process your refund.
- All refunds will be returned to the original payment method when the order was placed.
Damaged or Defective Products
For damaged products during the transit or defective products, please email us immediately at Support@Lingbusiness.com with your order information, full name and images of the damaged or defective products for a full refund or replacement. We will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
